Keine Familie, kein Ort trägt diesen Namen, und der Bezug zum berühmten Schlachtfeld von Bannockburn (1314, Robert the Bruce, schottische Unabhängigkeit) ist bewusst lose gehalten. Bannockbane Grau gehört niemandem — es kann von jedem getragen werden, der es mag.
