We'll ship all your items right away by mail to your home or to a package pickup location! Please don't worry if you might not be home when the delivery person comes. You'll receive a message, if necessary, and can then decide when you'd like the package to be delivered again.

We use DHL as our logistics provider, ensuring that our shipments are climate-neutral through the DHL GoGreen initiative.

We charge a shipping fee of 5.90 EUR per order within Germany to cover sturdy, eco-friendly packaging and fast delivery.

We will ship your order once we receive payment. This usually means the day after we receive your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the delivery address, shipping within Germany typically takes between one and four business days. In some cases, it may take a few days longer.

Every product is inspected before it is packaged, and we take special care to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Switzerland - €24.90

Your package may take longer to arrive, and surcharges and taxes may apply at the time of delivery or afterward. The buyer is responsible for these surcharges and taxes. For orders that are not accepted or picked up and are returned to us, a return fee may apply if we were charged one.
