It's well known that Scotland is a friendly nation. We love small talk about the weather, how everything is looking and a bit of gossip. We also have a level of customer service that is the envy of many. Here at The Scottish Shop we believe that the customer comes first, that we are here to help and serve you and answer any questions you might have about us and our products. We are available by email or phone during normal business hours (and sometimes outside of these too: just email or call).
Once you have placed your order, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on your location, we typically have packages at their new home nationwide between one and four days.
Each product is carefully inspected before we prepare it for dispatch to ensure you receive it in top-notch, perfect condition. Our products are lovingly wrapped in traditional brown paper with a little paper bow to add a little excitement and joy when it arrives (we all love unwrapping presents!).
We want you to love all of our products, so you can return products that are in perfect condition within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason. Simply send the products back to us and, provided they are in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund.
