Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully select, describe, and photograph every item with an eye for detail—but we know that you can only truly judge a piece once you have it right in front of you. If it doesn’t quite fit, that’s no problem.

Here's How to Return an Item

• 30-day return period from the date of receipt of the merchandise
• Returns via our contact form or by registering your return online
• Within Germany, returns are free for you
• We're also happy to exchange an item for another one

If the delivery is damaged or incorrect

If, contrary to expectations, your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will take care of it immediately. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order using our contact form.

Items from the selection

For returns of items from the "Special Offers" category, a service fee of 6 € will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund

As soon as we receive and review your return, we will notify you via email that it has been approved. Once approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Refund delayed or not received?
