William Lockie Care Instructions
Women's Cashmere Cardigan
Have the garment dry-cleaned or wash it by hand after it has been worn three or four times.
Hand-washing instructions:
Use lukewarm water (30 °C) and a mild soap or baby shampoo.
Press the soap through the garment. Rubbing can cause pilling (small balls to form) and may cause the garment to shrink. Rinse the garment thoroughly in cold, clean water. Remove the water by gently squeezing or lightly spinning it in a spin cycle.
Lay the garment flat to dry and smooth it back into shape.

Questions about this " Leven " sweater
Geelong It is the finest lambswool in the world, sourced from the very first shearing of specially bred Australian lambs. This first shearing yields particularly fine, soft fibers that feel significantly more comfortable against the skin than ordinary lambswool. It is processed at Hawick, where generations of knitting expertise come together with this fiber.
"Two-ply" refers to the yarn: two strands of wool are twisted together before knitting. The result is a sweater that is more durable and slightly warmer than a single-ply knit, without losing any of its softness.
Yes—the William Lockie Leven sweater is available in six colors: Cocoa, Gray, Green, Blue, Beige, and Navy Blue. You can find all the colors using the color picker at the top of this page. Looking for a different color that we don’t carry? Feel free to contact us—we can often get it for you.
