Lavender & Dusk — the timeless classic among Isle of Skye fragrances. A pure, unadulterated lavender scent that has been regarded as a symbol of calm and balance for generations. The name is derived from the Latin word *lavare* — to wash: this fragrance washes away the stress of the day and accompanies the transition into the evening. Clear, soothing, timeless.
Hand-poured from 100% soy wax on the Isle of Skye by Isle of Skye Candles—founded in 2006 by James Robertson, then 19 years old, on his family’s croft in the eastern part of the island. To this day, each candle is hand-poured on Skye in an elegant black-Tumbler s with an engraved wooden lid.

Soy wax is a plant-based, biodegradable alternative to paraffin. It burns cleaner, without producing soot, and has a lower melting point—which allows scents to diffuse more evenly. Isle of Skye Candles uses only soy wax for all of its scented candles.
The Black Tumbler is the most exclusive and largest candle in the Isle of Skye collection—525 g of soy wax in a matte black glass jar with an engraved wooden lid. It burns for over 45 hours and is particularly well-suited as a gift or as a long-lasting room fragrance for larger spaces. The other Isle of Skye candles are available in smaller sizes and clear glass jars.
"Lavender & Dusk" is the classic relaxing scent—ideal for the bedroom or as an evening companion. " Juniper Berry " is fresher and woodier, perfect for the living room or home office. " Sandalwood & Patchouli " is deeper and more meditative—an evening scent for quiet moments. " Vanilla & Fig " is warmer and sweeter—a popular choice for the living room and as a gift.
