The Dorain is named after Mount Beinn Dorain in Argyll, Scotland—one of the most famous mountains in Gaelic poetry, celebrated in verse by Donnchadh Bàn Mac an t-Saoir. The gray plaid is timeless and versatile: subtle enough for formal styles, yet striking enough to stand out. At 500 g/m², it’s sturdy enough for jackets and upholstery.

Woven in Scotland from 100% wool. Sold by the running meter, 150 cm wide. The check measures 64 × 70 mm.
