This Scottish tartan features a neutral camel background with blue and red checks. The Thomson tartans are relatively recent in origin and were designed specifically for Lord Thomson of Fleet. Although claimed as septs by numerous clans, the Thomsons are an independent Lowland clan and have always been so.
