Eribé Brora Men's Sweater, Sand | Shetland Wool

Sand —the warm, light beige of Scottish coastal dunes when the light skims low over the grass in October. A shade that harmonizes with everything yet never grows tiresome. The “Tweed ” Nep yarn from Brora brings it to life: hundreds of tiny flecks of color that give the sand its texture and depth—not a plain solid color, but a vibrant, multifaceted neutral.

The "Brora " sweater from Eribé is a lightweight, contemporary piece made from 100% super-soft Shetland wool —knitted using a combination of fine Shetland and Tweed nep yarn, which gives the fabric its characteristic texture and depth of color. Relaxed, generous fit with soft shoulder lines. Ribbed collar, sleeves, and hem. A piece that can be effortlessly worn over a shirt or on its own.

Made in Alloa, Scotland —in the same studio that Eribé has been operating since 1986. Each sweater is made individually.

To care for your woolen garments, hand washing is recommended over dry cleaning.

Soak the garment in lukewarm water with liquid hand soap (not regular laundry detergent) for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze out the water without rubbing the garment.

Rinse the garment in warm water with a little almond oil to give it a pleasant scent and restore the wool.

Next, roll the damp garment in a towel to remove excess water, reshape it, and lay it flat on a clean towel to dry, away from direct heat sources.

Make sure the garment is completely dry before putting it away.
