Since 1929, the family-owned company from Peterhead has been knitting seamless sweaters, cardigans, and slipovers from pure new wool and fine Geelong lambswool. No piece has seams—each is crafted as a single piece, ensuring a fit and durability that industrially manufactured knitwear cannot match. The knitwear collection is complemented by William Lockie of Hawick—one of Scotland’s most renowned cashmere and lambswool specialists since 1874—as well as the award-winning Fair Isle designs from Eribé Knitwear.

Robert Mackie takes care of headwear—founded in 1845, originally as a manufacturer of traditional Scottish Glengarry and Balmoral bonnets, and now known for luxurious cashmere hats and fine scarves. Cashmere scarves in exclusive tartan designs are provided by our own brand, Kuuhi Scotland—available exclusively at The Scottish Shop, woven in Scotland, and named after the places and landscapes of the Isle of Skye.

On your feet: House of Cheviot, founded in 2002, offers the largest selection of Scottish men’s socks made from merino wool—from colorful everyday socks and sturdy hiking socks to elegant kilt knee-highs for Highland wear. And for belts and bags: McRostie of Scotland, a manufacturer of handmade leather goods since 1887—belts, sporrans, and briefcases crafted from the finest cowhide leather, built to last a lifetime.
